- Drag a line from a ship to the dock flying its color.
- Route around islands and pirates, and never let two hulls meet.
- Fill the docking quota to open the next harbor.

Ships sail in from the open sea and every one is your problem. Drag a course from each ship to the dock flying its color and clear the level quota to sail on: islands run the careless aground, pirate sails sink what they touch, and two merchant hulls meeting closes the harbor.
